Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fully licensed to join?

Yes — this program is designed for fully licensed counselors (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent). If you're pre-licensed, reach out and we can talk about what makes sense for where you are.

What if I've already started my practice?

This program works for therapists at the very beginning and for those who've started but feel stuck or disorganized. We meet you where you are.

What happens after the program ends?

You still have a full year of access to all the materials, modules, and replays after the 12 weeks of live coaching wrap up. If you want continued 1:1 support beyond the program, that's available separately.

How much time does this require each week?

Plan for the weekly group coaching call (one hour, recorded), plus time to watch that week's module and work through the exercises. New modules drop each Friday. The videos are short, but some exercises take real focus, so block out dedicated time beyond just watching.

What is the discovery call for?

This call is for anyone who wants to talk it through before enrolling. It's a 30-minute conversation to make sure this program is the right fit, no pressure, no pitch.

Will payment plans be available?

Payment is due in full at enrollment. If you need to talk through a payment plan, book a discovery call.
